Navigate to Settings > Sound > Sound Effects > Clear Voice II and set it to Off. Navigate to Settings > Sound > Volume Mode > Auto Volume and set it to Off. Some devices, especially cable boxes, may have a separate volume control. Check the audio output settings on the media device.The sound comes from the tv still and I have found no settings to activate it. When I hook it up I get no sound from the output.
